You should be willing to help people with certain jobs without necessarily seeking a reward. If you have of genuine help to people, they would eventually recommend you. The key is to help people without having any expectation of rewards.

BE CONFIDENT

Confident people tend to get more out of life. If you want to maximize your chances of eventually getting into a dream position in your career, you must have belief in yourself and let it show. you should show that you are willing to do jobs and show people that you have what it takes to succeed. Eschew timidity and present an eagerness to continually improve. If you are confident, it would show and you would get more positive attention as a result. However, be careful that such confidence does not extend to cockiness.
