Tenant Experience Director

Our client who is redefining amenity management in commercial real estate by activating shared spaces in the modern workplace is looking for an Experience Director to manage on-site amenities and hospitality services at a network of large commercial buildings in downtown Boston, MA. The ideal candidate is outgoing, a strong people leader, capable of developing collaborative partnerships, creating and launching new programs, and enhancing the overall tenant experience.

Managing a team of 3, you’ll:

• Collaborate with property management and teams for event execution.
• Allocate annual budgets for events and tenant engagement.
• Plan and execute hospitality programs to enhance tenant experience.
• Develop new experiences with the events team.
• Manage vendor relationships and communication.
• Lead team meetings and support tenant relationships.
• Collect and report data for tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee marketing strategy for tenant programs.
• Support Operations Team in client engagement projects.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Experience creating budgets and interpreting P&L reports.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Salary Range, Perks + Benefits:
$100,000 – $110,000 per year
