A major hospital in the Boston area is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to assist the talent team by working with internal and external candidates, recruiters and other staff to achieve the hiring objectives.
This is a temp-to-hire 100% remote position, starting ASAP and offers an hourly rate of up to $55.00.
- Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from job postings and scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board.
-2 years HR experience, preferable in an academic or healthcare environment
-Must have proficiency with the MS suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
-Experience with HRIS systems including Workday preferred.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in the recruitment process with several recruiters.
-A highly creative person who thinks outside of the box
-Excellent organizational, presentation, oral and written skills required.
