Salary Range: $50,000 – $54,000 annually

Our client is a Boston-based nonprofit dedicated to helping families move out of poverty through innovative coaching, research, and advocacy.
About the Role:
The Program Mentor is a key part of the team, providing in-person, one-on-one coaching. This role supports participants in achieving economic mobility through housing placement, budgeting, career development, education, and other essential areas.
Responsibilities:
- Coach participants to set and achieve economic mobility goals.
- Assist with housing placement opportunities and provide tailored support.
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths, set goals, and track progress.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program policies.
- Build trust-centered relationships and employ trauma-informed strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1-3 years of case management or coaching experience.
- Bilingual in Haitian Creole (required).
- Knowledge of homelessness, housing subsidies, and community resources.
