A counseling and consultation center is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator.
- Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate and schedule client intakes, ensuring efficient appointment booking.
- Maintain and manage the Google calendar for appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks for insurance billing purposes.
- Handle QuickBooks entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare bank deposits and assist with financial transactions.
- Efficiently organize and maintain filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Collaborate with the office manager on administrative tasks and support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Word and Excel for various administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage schedules and handle various administrative duties.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different work arrangements.
- Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support is a plus.
