Legal Administrative Assistant

Company Overview: Dynamic private equity firm seeks an organized administrative professional to support a team of 4 Executives in Legal and Compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage busy calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics.
  • Prioritize and resolve calendar conflicts.
  • Assist with electronic files and document preparation.
  • Coordinate document signings promptly.
  • Support preparation of presentations.
  • Process expense reports and invoices.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow directives to learn procedures and standards.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization and diligence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Decision-making ability.
  • Data storage and maintenance skills.

Other Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in administrative roles, ideally in finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Base salary of $95,000.
