HRIS Analyst

Job Type: Temp/Contract 3 months

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA) 1 day onsite

Rate: $43-49/hr

MUST HAVE: experience with ADP

We are working with a nonprofit to identify an HRIS Analyst to oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, reporting, and coordination of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), along with new system-related projects, enhancements, and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to management and other departments or Branches in evaluating the potential impact of changes to policies, procedures, and/or systems on HRIS
  • Provide best practices for the HRIS system by developing, communicating, and implementing them
  • Support all employees via email, phone, screen sharing, and in-person troubleshooting
  • Keep end users informed about the status of their issues/requests by creating cases/service requests with software vendors as required
  • Maintain contact with the HRIS software vendor as the primary point of contact
  • Orient new HR Department hires to the HRIS system
  • Prepare Human Resources reports such as EEO-1, Termination, Benefits, Compensation, FLSA, ACA, DOL, etc.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred; 3 years of experience in Human Resources is required
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and data flows
  • Functional knowledge of ADP Software
