A self-directed executive assistant is needed to manage all administrative aspects of the President’s Office and DEIO’s Office.
• Create and manage electronic records, document sharing, and storage systems.
• Arrange travel and coordinate calendars for the President and DEIO.
• Manage web pages through a Content Management System (CMS).
• Prepare draft budgets. Monitor expenditures in the budget tracking device (MBT); advise President/DEIO on status
• Work with finance, vendors, and external partners to create, negotiate, and execute contracts.
Required:
BA/BS, or equivalent. Minimum of five years of office support experience. Ability to solve complex problems.
