Executive Assistant

Location: Downtown Boston (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 remote)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to $100K base + Excellent Benefits & Perks

Our client, a boutique Private Equity firm focused on digital infrastructure and cybersecurity technology sectors, is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their team of investment professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage extensive travel arrangements with the assistance of the firm’s travel agency.
  • Prepare and track expense reports using Concur, including expenses related to fundraising and portfolio board meetings.
  • Manage and distribute weekly staff meeting agendas and related documents.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and arrange Zoom/Teams meetings.
  • Provide office management support, including mail distribution, kitchen and supply management, and general office upkeep.
  • Assist with event logistics and planning for Annual Meetings and Corporate Outings.
  • Act as the primary contact for property management inquiries.
  • Handle special projects and other tasks as requested by the partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Concur.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
