Job Summary:
Our client is looking for someone with Estate Trust Probate background to provide administrative support to Estate Advisors and assist in estate administration, client transactions, and coordination with Trustees, Lawyers, and Clients.
This position is hybrid (3 days onsite in Boston, MA – 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Estate Advisors in estate administration and client transactions.
- Handle scheduling, account maintenance, insurance matters, and document preparation.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries.
- Manage electronic filing, mail processing, and probate court filings.
- Maintain estate inventory and track probate court dockets.
- Support estate tax filings and estate-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience in Estate Administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
