Type: Temp to hire
Salary: $40 – $42K
Location: This role will start fully remote, but will transition to hybrid (Boston, MA)
Must be vaccinated.
An innovative children’s formula company is seeking to hire someone to provide front line support via email, online chat, phone, and social media to parents.
Duties will include:
- Utilizing our omnichannel help desk app to communicate with customers
- Respond to consumer reviews
- ERP order entry
- Manage Shopify orders for the logistics team
- Engage the community on social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook – responding to comments and reviews, and sharing content from users
Has a minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Strong initiative and highly self-motivated.
Exceptional time management and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, and show kindness, empathy and patience
Experience using ecommerce applications (Shopify, Recharge, help desk)
Understanding of social media platforms.
