Customer Service Rep

Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will assist clients with their inquiries, provide information about our programs, and ensure that their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about our organization’s programs and services
  • Assist clients in navigating our services and resources
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex client needs
  • Uphold our commitment to providing high-quality service to our community


  • Fluency in either Portuguese or Cape Verdean Creole is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
