Customer Service Manager

Location: Danvers, MA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time | In office Monday–Thursday | Work from home Fridays
Compensation: $65,000 + bonus + benefits

We are partnering with a growing global manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to support customer operations and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This role will oversee order processing, customer communication, issue resolution, and support internal teams across sales and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders through the company’s B2B platform
  • Process orders submitted by phone and email
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and delivery
  • Track orders from entry through shipment
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Maintain customer records and run reports
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of customer service or operations experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technical products preferred
  • ERP system experience (Navision or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
