Location: Danvers, MA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time | In office Monday–Thursday | Work from home Fridays
Compensation: $65,000 + bonus + benefits
We are partnering with a growing global manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to support customer operations and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This role will oversee order processing, customer communication, issue resolution, and support internal teams across sales and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders through the company’s B2B platform
- Process orders submitted by phone and email
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and delivery
- Track orders from entry through shipment
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain customer records and run reports
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of customer service or operations experience
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technical products preferred
- ERP system experience (Navision or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
